Deluxe One Bedroom Riverside Apartment

Positive: Nicely styled apartment with a wonderful balcony view of the river thames

Our honest review! Positive: The location was perfect for me as i had an interview at the U.S embassy thay was a 6 minute walk away. Negative: I had to pick keys up from an off licence that was out of the way. There was no bedding, pillows or quilt for the sofa bed where my children were ment to sleep. The sofa bed stank. The headboard in the bedroom had a throw attached to it with drawing pins. The draws were broken in the bedroom. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. There was no hot water. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer. Wet, dirty bedding and towels in the cupboard. Overnight parking was £45 when we didn't get there until 8pm and left at 10.30am. No iron or ironing board. Loud banging from roller shutter in the underground car park all night.

Positive: There was quite a good view, nice location would have been a nice walk down Thames if a bit better weather. Even though keys were not at pick up shop was assisted to property by phone. Property was nice and warm ( winter stay )

Positive: Location was great Negative: Bad communication probably because it was holiday period we couldn't access for over 2 hours and they seems not really bothered or apologise

I would avoid the host was unprofessional did not respond or answer calls and just abandoned us without anywhere to stay Positive: Cannot comment due to the unprofessional host we did not manage to access the property Negative: Cannot comment due to the unprofessional host we did not manage to access the property
