frustrating Positive: apartment, clean and a perfect location Negative: spent over a hour outside the shop where you collect keys, was given 2 codes neither of which were correct, I made many phone call not being able to speak to anyone, we were just about to go back to Waterloo and go home when a cleaner turned up with a set of keys...

Perfect for what I needed, would stay again. Positive: Great location, very comfortable and warm apartment and a great view from the balcony Negative: The key pick-up process was abit odd.

Positive: Clean and tidy. Negative: What property does not tell before booking that the key has to be collected 12–15 minutes away by walking or 8 minutes by bus. The property is located at George's Wharf, whereas the key is kept in one of the shops on Kennington Lane, a shocking distance to collect the key. On a call, I was told nobody can bring the key and it's only a 5-minute walking distance. Also, the host texted in the morning saying, bring the key back to the shop. Normally, the price a night reaches £180, but there are no basics like tea or coffee inside. I left the key in the flat as it's not normal, while travelling with huge luggage, to travel 8 minutes by bus or 12–15 minutes walking just to bring the key back to Kennington Lane. Check-out time was at 10 am. The host called at 1 pm and expressed disappointment, saying he has to go and get it himself now again and leave it in the shop. I wish the host to start travelling and bring the key back by himself as it's "ONLY" 5 minutes. Concierge is around, but obviously probably legally the host is not allowed to sub-rent its own property.
